Article 1: Shipping Time & Fees
We provide two express delivery methods; various express delivery times and costs are different.

Shipping Time = Order Processing Time + International Air Freight Time + Local Logistics Delivery Time
Order Processing Time generally takes 3-7 days.
International Air Freight Time includes air freight and customs clearance, which generally takes about 5-7 days
Local Logistics Delivery Time will depend on your shipping location.

Article 3: Notice
If the product is out of stock for a short time, the delivery time may be longer. Please note that your items will be delivered within a maximum of 60 days during a health crisis. Any items received outside of this time frame will be returned upon request.
If your package is delayed, Techwear-X will not be responsible.

The customer must check the compliance of the delivered goods when they receive the goods and before signing the carrier’s delivery order.
Article 4: About COVID-19
Due to the current health crisis, many packages take longer than usual to arrive. There may also be more time between tracking updates. This is driven by the current health crisis, the widespread increase in packages, and COVID-19 restrictions in various countries, which have affected delivery and service.
In the case of major forces (such as COVID-19), the announced delivery time is up to 60 working days. It is valid from the day the buyer receives the order email.
Orders that are not delivered within 60 working days will be given a Refund.
